I think its his fault to send the package back without insurance, also he must let you know before he do so, third how did he assume that the return address is yours, fourth how does he buy a part that he doesnt know if its the one he want or not, he must make sure that he understand what that part is and what or where it fits. i had the same problem, i was advertising for the left over pieces of the alum dash kit from woodtrim.com that didnt fit my car because i have a 5 spd TT, so this guy offered me $40 for it and i told him its only 8 from 18 orignal pieces. when he got them he said no i dont want them anymore i want my money back, coz i though its the WHOLE kit !!!! by the way i gave him the website to check it out, so he must have seen the price on there which is $200. But how come he thought that i would sell something costs $200 for $40 !!!!! BTW i can just ignore him and tell him that, i have the right to do so, coz i have saved the emails that i have sent him and its says clearly its not the whole kit, but i will just make him pay for the shipping and give the rest back to him since its not worth it. But for $350 i would say dont pay him and make him understand thats his fault, and if he was too stupied to recognize that just ignore him.Laterz
